Drag artist 2JOOCEEE hosts the event with Jay Wymarra, Chris Saunders and special guests.
Fosters is producing the night, with Spiegel Haus Melbourne Creative Director Chris Mitchell.
"Named after Gunuwarra - the Swan and companion of Bunjil, Gunuwarra - Deep Winter Rooftop Gathering invites people this NAIDOC week to gather in culture and spirit," he said.
"Set against the concrete backdrop of a Naarm Winter, this fundraiser celebrates the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander music, art, storytelling and community connection."
Melbourne's broader community are invited to get involved in the event celebrating Indigenous artists.
Naarm-based label Clothing The Gaps will have merch on the night, with donations for VACCA encouraged.
"We're really proud to support Gunuwarra at Spiegel Haus this NAIDOC Week. Henry Fosters has brought together an incredible lineup of First Nations artists and community voices," Mitchell said.
"It's great to see the space being used for something that brings people together and supports the work VACCA is doing in the community."
Gunuwarra is supported by City of Melbourne.
