Hawthorn have farewelled burgeoning talent Mattea Breed with the 23-year-old joining Collingwood on the second last day of the AFLW trade period.
Breed, who played a breakout second season with the Hawks this year, arrives at the Pies in exchange for picks 22 and 28 ahead of Monday's draft.
"We're delighted to welcome Mattea to Collingwood, who will be a part of our program until at least the end of 2026," Pies general manager of women's football Jess Burger said on Tuesday.
"Mattea provides great drive through the midfield and staying ahead of the ball, impressing in the contest and her attacking ability.
"We are eagerly looking forward to her next chapter in the black and white."
The Territory product landed at Hawthorn, via SANFLW club Norwood, as the season eight supplementary draft recruit before playing 20 games over two campaigns and solidifying herself in the club's midfield.

Hawthorn reportedly offered Breed a modest offer to continue at Waverley before assessing her options for a move.
Breed finished 13th in the Hawks' best-and-fairest count after the club finished the home and away season in second with one loss.
The Hawks bundled out of finals in straight sets in just their third year in the competition.
"We wish Mattea all the best for the next chapter of her career and thank her for her contribution to the Hawthorn Football Club," Hawthorn AFLW list manager Keegan Brooksby said.
"Receiving Picks 22 and 28 will further strengthen our standing and put us in a good position to obtain more young talent in next week's draft."
Collingwood finished 2024 on the bottom of the ladder with one win.
