Aboriginal small business Shared Knowledge, which specialises in Aboriginal experiences, business services, education, and catering, has developed an immersive cultural art experience titled Yapang, meaning 'growth through art' in the Dungutti language.
Led by Shared Knowledge co-founder and managing director, Drew Roberts, the art experience is a fun and engaging way to learn about First Nations culture and craft.
This hands-on, team-building workshop connects each individual and seeks to reimagine organisations' interconnectedness through art from an Aboriginal perspective.
This experience encourages teamwork, coordination, and goodwill as teams engage in storytelling and art creation inspired by the world's oldest living culture to develop self-reflection and growth.

Attendees can choose to create individual canvases or collaborate on a large canvas, guided by an Indigenous artist.
Shared Knowledge art session runs for 2-2.5 hours. The duration allows time for team members to engage with one another and not be rushed as they create their piece of work.
All completed works are participants to keep and use as they wish.
"Our business has a strong focus on building the capacity of all mob by sharing traditional and contemporary knowledge. We work with you in a respectful and collaborative way to leave you with the skills to achieve your goals," the Shared Knowledge team said.

Established in 2014, Shared Knowledge is an Aboriginal-owned, small business founded on the principles of developing and delivering high-quality services, specialising in multifaceted, comprehensive, innovative and culturally-inclusive practices.
Shared Knowledge workshops are held throughout the year, with upcoming workshops set to take place at Sydney's iconic Centennial Park.
The business has also entered into partnership with Centennial Parklands, the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Australian Botanic Gardens as well as a number of education institutions and private organisations to pass down knowledge.
