IronTraks is back with their passion for empowering women with the 'Strong for 2023' program.
On 30 December IronTraks, founded by former WNRL star Tracy Thompson and activist Kirra Muggeridge, is partnering up with the Women's Sports Academy and Fit Education to bring 'Strong for 2023'.
The event will bring women off all ages and backgrounds together to participate in team-building and personal development workshops.
IronTraks aims to provide a safe yet competitive and compelling environment for women, having worked closely with the Australian Defence Force, Queensland Fire Emergeny Services, and many prominent female athletes.
Strong For 2023 is expecting around 25 participants.

In attendance will be Kim Prince, SWA Master Strongwoman of the year 2022, and Katrina Robertson, World Super Heavyweight Powerlifting Champion, who regularly provide guidance and support with IronTraks and their programs.
IronTraks founder and proud Dunghutti woman Tracy Thompson noted they aim to host many more of these events that feature a gym setting as we roll into 2023.
"Were aiming to host more of these events to promote women in a gym setting, building one's confidence and self esteem," Ms Thompson said.
"Definitely pleased with what we've been able to achieve this year. Managing full time jobs with this as a side piece - We can't wait for more in 2023."
With spots still available, women (all ages) interested in attending 'Strong for 2023' are urged to contact IronTraks on Instagram or reaching out on 0422 435 219.
