Wundarra Thomas and Lavinia Cox are set to represent Australia at 'The One' 1v1 tournament in Paris later this month.

Koorie Basketball Academy CEO, Ricky Baldwin expressed his pride in Thomas's achievement.

"How deadly is this? A young man I have had the opportunity to coach for many years, Wundarra Thomas, has been selected to represent Australia in 'The One' 1v1 tournament in Paris," Baldwin said.

"Wundy is also a coach for us at Koorie Basketball Academy.

"All the mob across Victoria are very proud of you, Wundy."

"Never in my life I thought I'd get an opportunity like this," the Wurundjeri man said.

"I am beyond grateful of this and I finally get to show who I really am. See you soon Paris."
