The Electrical Trades Union are campaigning for a 'Yes' vote in the upcoming referendum on a First Nations Voice to Parliament.
They have unveiled a video featuring union members expressing their backing for this initiative.
ETU member Yunguubadijarri Yanner is among those who feature.
"I'm voting yes because I believe in the power of collective action and I believe there is no better way to fix an indigenous issue than by the source and voice of its own people," he said.
"That's why I'm calling on all my brothers and sisters in the ETU to stand together and help make sure our voices are heard and our rights are protected."
Gija and Yawuru woman, Olympic gold medalist and former senator Nova Peris introduced the video during the ETU's conference in Queensland this week.
The Union also recommitted its support for the campaign, national secretary Michael Wright said.
"The ETU fights every day to give our members the voice they need to enforce their rights and build a better life. Exactly the same principles underpin the Voice to Parliament.
"We understand how important it is to meaningfully involve people in decision making and that's why we are backing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members, families, friends and communities in this historic campaign.
"The very least we can do is support a 'Yes' vote and walk together to begin redressing historic injustice."
