Lions midfielder Ally Anderson has gone back-to-back club best and fairests, and fourth overall, following another stand out season in a grand final-bound campaign for the Lions.

The Gangulu star polled 208 votes in the count, five ahead of second placed Belle Dawes.

The 30 year old was a shining light in the Lions' disappointing grand final performance against the Kangaroos last weekend, collecting a team-high 25 disposals, 14 tackles and six clearances in the 30-point loss.

Anderson earned her third All Australian blazer in 2024, averaging 26 touches for the year.

"I am extremely honoured and grateful to receive this award and humbled to be listed alongside so many great Lions players," she said.

"I am very fortunate to be part of such an incredible team who make me a better player.

"If it wasn't for the group I have around me along with our amazing coaches and support staff then I wouldn't be in this position, so a big thank you to every one of them."

Anderson posted a AFLW-record 43 touch performance in a three-goal win over Melbourne in the second week of the season.

She claimed her second premiership with the Lions in 2023, and the competition best and fairest in 2022.

Yamatji-Noongar forward Courtney Hodder ended Brisbane's count in 10th spot with 158 votes on Saturday.
