NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an Indigenous boy who has been missing from the Hunter Region since mid August.
Jordan Christian, 16, was last seen on Kerr Street, Rutherford, at approximately 6pm on Wednesday 18 August.
Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Both police and family hold concern's for Jordan's welfare.
Jordan is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 160-165cm tall, with slim build and short black hair.
Following inquiries, police believe Jordan may have been at South Kempsey McDonalds on Thursday 27 August.
He is known to utilise public transport and frequents the surrounding Rutherford and Kempsey areas.
