Swans young gun Zippy Fish has capped a scintillating debut season with selection in the All Australian squad of 42.
With all 18 teams represented in the extended selection, the final team of 21 will be announced on the Monday ahead of the AFLW grand final on November 24.
Brisbane forward Courtney Hodder, Geelong's Georgie Prespakis and milestone-setting Port goalkicker Gemma Houghton join Fish as First Nations players selected.
Fish, 19, averaged 21 disposals in her first campaign after landing in Sydney as the no.5 pick in the 2024 draft, bursting onto the scene with 26 touches in round one.
It equalled the all-time record for disposals for a player on debut in the competition's history, followed by a 34-disposal, 722 metres gained effort in against reigning premiers and 2025 minor premiers North Melbourne.
Delivering on the Swans anticipated addition to their backline with refined skills by foot, Fish averaged 442 metres per game, playing all 12 of the Swans outings.
A shift into the forward line in an attempt to grasp a final moments qualification for finals, beginning on Friday, saw her kick the Swans only goal at the weekend in a narrow loss to Essendon in flood-like conditions.
Teammates Laura Gardiner and Montana Ham made it three selections from Sydney in the 42-player cohort.
In the final moment of Port's season, two-time All Australian Houghton etched her name into the AFLW history books becoming the first player in its history to reach 100 career goals.

The 31-year-old, and inaugural AFLW player, finished second, only to teammate and fellow extended squad inclusion Indy Tahau in the competition goal-kicking tally booting 23 majors for the year.
Houghton was last an All Australian in 2020.
Wracking up averages of 21 touches, just under seven tackles and a goal a game in Brisbane's top four finish, Hodder is in line for her first selection in the All Australian team.
After confirmation of a third placed finish in the Coaches Association's Champion Player tally this week, 22-year-old Cats mid Prespakis could snare her second blazer after making the final cut in 2022 following a career-best year.
Prespakis polled coaches' votes in all but two games played in 2025, including the maximum on four occasions.
She averaged a competition top 10 25.8 disposals per game, and topped the season for average clearances.
North Melbourne, in a year where they broke the VFL/AFL and AFLW all-time record with 24 consecutive wins, led the selection with six players making the cut.
