Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander creatives and aspiring creatives are strongly encouraged to apply for TBWA\Melbourne's Creative Apprenticeship Program, for which applications are now open.
No experience or education is required for applicants.
The creative agency is on the hunt for ambitious, brave and relentlessly curious talent following the launch of its 2024 Fresh Fries Program.
The paid, entry-level apprenticeship is designed to offer a foot in the door to Australia's creative industry.
With diversity and inclusion at its core, the initiative sets out to challenge conventional internships by opening its doors to all walks of life.
Successful candidates will not only have an appreciation for bold and brave creativity but will be able to recognise how to harness it to solve everyday problems.
To kick off the process, applicants will be asked to answer one simple question so TBWA can get a flavour of how they think.
Now in its fifth year, Fresh Fries gives successful applicants an opportunity to taste test and learn the ropes of the agency's core departments – business management, planning, creative and project management/production, as well as a stint at sister PR agency Eleven.

The Melbourne-based program is full-time and will run for 12 months.
TBWA\Melbourne Executive Creative Director, Matt Stoddart, said the agency is eager to meet this year's candidates.
"We've had huge success with Fresh Fries since launching in 2019, and have been able to offer 80 per cent of talent a full-time gig," Mr Stoddart said.
"What are we looking for? Those who show the most creative and disruptive thinking."
Applications for the Creative Apprenticeship Program remain open until 12th November, with shortlisted applicants to be invited to TBWA\Melbourne office to participate in a group task and interview on Monday 18 of November.
