Police are seeking public assistance to locate 17-year-old Talia'uli Uluakiola, also known as Boston, who was last seen at a Penrith shopping centre on Thursday, 28 November 2024.
Officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command initiated an investigation into his whereabouts after he was unable to be contacted.
Both police and family members are concerned for his welfare.
Boston is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with a medium build and brown mullet hairstyle.
He was last seen wearing grey shorts, a grey jumper with a small white Nike logo, a black hat, white shoes, and a gold chain necklace.
He is known to frequent the Katoomba, Leonay, Mount Vernon, and Emu Heights areas. Police believe he may also be in St Clair.
Members of the public with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Blue Mountains Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
