Baker Boy has announced a 19-date regional Australian tour, taking his 'Baked Summer Tour' across the country from January to March 2027.

The Yolŋu icon will begin the tour at Burleigh Town Hotel on January 8 before travelling to regional centres including Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Townsville, Cairns, Newcastle and Wollongong.

Presented by triple j, the tour will feature a rebuilt live show combining rap, dance and Yidaki, with Baker Boy performing in several locations for the first time.

The six-time ARIA Award winner is looking forward to bringing his latest music to regional audiences following a year of touring his second studio album 'DJANDJAY'.

"It's been a huge year for DJANDJAY, I've been touring it all over, but excited to bring this new era of Baker Boy to regional areas," Baker Boy said.

"You mob really know how to party so we've rebuilt the show to put on something epic, even if you've caught a headline show already, you don't wanna miss this. It's time for a BAKED SUMMER. Let's effn rave."

The announcement follows the release of the deluxe edition of 'DJANDJAY', which has received five ARIA Award nominations, including Best Solo Artist and Best Hip Hop/Rap Release.

The album also won three National Indigenous Music Awards earlier this year, taking home Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Film Clip of the Year.

Named after Baker Boy's late grandmother and the Yolŋu spiritual figure Djandjay, the album explores culture, identity and personal growth.

The release has also contributed to another year of achievements for the artist, who was named Musician of the Year at the 2025 GQ Men of the Year Awards.

He also performed 'THICK SKIN' alongside Snoop Dogg at the AFL Grand Final.

Since emerging in 2017, Baker Boy has become one of Australia's most recognised First Nations performers.

He was named Young Australian of the Year in 2019, while his 2021 debut album 'Gela' won five ARIA Awards, including Album of the Year, and reached number three on the ARIA Albums Chart.

His career has included performances at Splendour in the Grass, Laneway, Golden Plains and WOMADelaide, alongside international touring in North America.
