The search for missing Aurukun man Adam Yunkaporta has entered its third day, with police and community volunteers continuing their efforts from early Monday morning.
A group of 25 people, including police officers, State Emergency Service (SES) personnel, and local volunteers, commenced the search at 7am on February 3.
The tight-knit community has rallied together in an effort to locate Mr Yunkaporta, 60, who was reported missing on February 1.
Authorities have been conducting foot patrols near the Aurukun boat ramp, covering areas both north and south.
A Queensland Police spokesperson confirmed that search operations begin at 7am daily and continue until nightfall.
Drones and helicopters have been deployed to assist in locating Mr Yunkaporta.
A wildlife ranger has also joined the search alongside emergency response teams.

Mr Yunkaporta has brown eyes and short dark hair and was last seen leaving his home at around midday on January 30.
He is believed to have gone fishing at the mouth of the Ward, Watson, and Archer Rivers—three rivers that converge west of Aurukun in Western Cape York.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black shorts and a blue fishing shirt featuring a barramundi image.
Police have urged anyone with information or who may have seen Mr Yunkaporta in the area to come forward.
