An Unbeaten century from Mikayla Hinkley has lead Valley District Cricket Club to their fourth consecutive victory in Queensland's KFC T20 Max competition.

Hinkley compiled a devastating 101* from just 59 deliveries, blasting the Sunshine Coast Scorchers' attack to all areas of North Brisbane's Geoff Dymock Oval on Wednesday.

The Kunja woman struck 14 boundaries and two sixes to strike above 170 after partnering with Palawa wicketkeeper-batter Emma Manix-Geeves.

The pair combined in a 165-run stand following the loss of Valley's first and only wicket in opener Lucinda Bourke (10 from 10).

Also unbeaten, Manix-Geeves hit nine boundaries on her way to 73* (56).

Their combined performance lead Valley to an imposing 1/192 from their 20 overs.

In response the Scorchers posted a respectable 7/149, with their chances of victory snuffed out after a mid-innings mini collapse.

A day after taking a record 6/6 against Ipswich, a performance which included a triple wicket maiden and hat-trick, Valley off-spinning all-rounder Grace Abdy took 2/30 from her four overs.

The Waanyi & Ganggalida woman's wickets included that of Emma Black (13 from 10) and Mail Rea for a golden duck.

Opener Megan Jones (4/31) was Valley's best with the ball, with Molly Strano (59* from 43) top scoring for the Scorchers.

Elsewhere Ella Hayward's Ipswich Hornets had an outing to forget after being comprehensively beaten by Western Suburbs at Alan Pettigrew Oval.

Hayward didn't trouble the scorers in Ipswich's modest 10/91, before finishing with figures of 0/21 from her 3.1 overs.

Western Suburbs ended the match with more than nine overs remaining and eight wickets in the sheds.

Valley now sit atop the table with 10 points, while Ipswich sit sixth with a 1-3 record.

The next round will be held on Friday, with Valley facing Western Suburbs and Ipswich facing Sunshine Coast.
