Police are seeking public assistance to locate a missing man from Sydney's west.
Andrew Carr, 35, was last seen in Guildford West around 6pm on Monday, 24 February.
After Mr Carr could not be reached, officers from Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and began inquiries.
Police and family members are concerned for his welfare due to his medical conditions.
Mr Carr is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 170cm tall, of thin build, with short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, green zip-up jacket, baggy jean shorts, and carrying a green shopping bag.
Members of the public with information on Mr Carr's whereabouts are urged to contact Cumberland Police or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
