After an intense vote at the round table, Torres Strait Islander, Aboriginal and South Sea Islander man Ian Zaro was 'banished' in episode four of 10 Play series The Traitors on Thursday night.
The Traitors sees a group of 24 players, also known as 'Faithfuls', live together in a grand old hotel where they will need to have their wits about them as they carry out challenges in order to win silver bars, contributing to a prize pool of silver worth up to $250,000.
The 8-4-1 decision by the group resulted in the players banishing a 'faithful', a costly mistake for the players.
When host Roger Corser asked Mr Zaro to reveal if he was in fact a traitor, his response was "Well guys, you've done it again, you're a bunch of dumbas**s - I'm a faithful".
The room let out a moan of regret as they are essentially back to square one with no leads.
"Getting to sit around that banishment table made me feel like I was in medieval times," Mr Zaro told the National Indigenous Times.
Like the previous Indigenous competitor from season 1, Justine Reid, Mr Zaro lasted four episodes of the series which he described as a great experience, full of emotion.

The TikTok star boasting 2.3 million followers and growing, compared the premise of the show to popular mobile game 'Among Us' as he enjoyed the lore and mystery that the show portrays.
"You get this feeling you know how it's going to go and then you get inside and you're like 'ummm... those who you think are your friends might not be," he said.
"Because I was a faithful I just tried to play myself."
In the end, Mr Zaro believes his downfall was potentially playing it too safe.
"I didn't want to be the loud person or too quiet, and just play that middle ground."
"It was working for a time but then my name comes up randomly out of nowhere and everyone is like 'boom boom' [implying he is suddenly in the hotseat]."
Despite coming up short, Mr Zaro is ambitious in his journey as a content creator and will continue to make screen appearances in the future, though some things currently under wraps.
He is a big advocate for the young mob out there to commit to their dreams, no matter how farfetched they may feel.
"I'd love to do some workshops to help get the young mob out of their shells," he said.
"Because anything that you want to do, you can do it - you just have to really go for it."
