Marcus Windhager has joined Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera in sticking with the Saints after re-signing with the club on a four year deal.
The midfielder knocked back rival interest to remain at St Kilda until at least the end of 2029.
A Saints Next Generation Academy graduate, Windhager has played 75 games for the club across four years.
He joins Wanganeen-Milera as big name inked extensions at Moorabbin, with Carlton's Tom De Koning and Jack Silvagni, and West Coast flyer Liam Ryan also nominating St Kilda as their preferred destinations for 2026.
"We've been building something strong together over the past few years and I'm proud to play my role in that," Windhager said via the club on Thursday.
"We know success doesn't come easy, but the belief we have in each other and the way we're sticking together gives us confidence that we can achieve something really special as a group.
Teammates Mattaes Phillipou, Max Hall, Mitchito Owens, Jack Higgins and Hugh Boxshall all re-signed at St Kilda this year.
Saints executive general manager of football, David Misson, said Windhager is a standard-setter at the club.
"Since joining us as a teenager via our Academy, Marcus has worked hard to become a reliable and versatile player who will leave no stone unturned in getting the best out of himself and those around him," Misson said.
"His decision to recommit reflects the shared belief across the playing group in where we're heading and the collective determination to achieve it together.
"Marcus is one of many young players driving the standards on and off the field, and it's exciting to see this group continuing to grow as one."

North Melbourne, Essendon and Melbourne were all understood to be eager to gain Windhager's services.
In other news, Melbourne have reportedly told veteran defender Steven May to consider his options throughout the competition as they look towards their youth under new coach Steven King.
May, a 2021 premiership player, has played 128 AFL at Melbourne since arriving from Gold Coast for the 2019 season.
The 33-year-old is contracted at the Dees until the end of 2026.
His time at the club has been marred with both on and off-field controversies.
May had previously been linked to the Western Bulldogs.
In other trade news, North Melbourne skipper Jy Simpkin has reportedly joined West Coast's Oscar Allen and Essendon's Zach Merrett as a third club captain looking to switch allegiances this offseason.
According to reports this week, Simpkin, who has not requested a trade, grew unhappy with his time played in North's midfield in 2025.
The Yorta Yorta man signed a long-term extension tying him to the Roos until the end of 2029 during the 2023 season.
