After the incredible success of his song Therapy earlier this year, Coodjinburra artist Budjerah is back with a heartfelt and honest new single called Video Game.
This song reveals a more personal and reflective side of Budjerah, as it features a simple and raw production that puts the focus on the melodies.
Following his whirlwind journey, performing in Los Angeles and New York and even making an appearance at the Hermes Menswear Collection during Paris Fashion Week, Budjerah continues to captivate listeners with his latest release.
You can listen to Video Game right now.
During his live performances over the past few months, Budjerah gave fans a glimpse of his upcoming release, Video Game, which quickly became a beloved fan favorite.
The song's intimate and heartfelt lyrics, co-written by Meg Mac, Matt Corby, and Chris Collins, delve into the genuine emotions associated with growing up and discovering one's true identity. This collaboration beautifully captures Budjerah's journey of self-discovery and resonates with listeners on a deep level.
"I've been waiting a very long time for this song to be ready, and finally after performing it for a year on stage, I think you guys are ready to hear one of my most personal songs yet.
"This is a thank you to all my fans who've supported me at my shows over the last year. Hope you guys are ready for Video Game," says Budjerah.

On Tuesday Budjerah also announced he's signed with United Talent Agency in The America's for booking representation.
Global Touring Agent, Noah Simon (Post Malone, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Jacob Collier, Masego) from UTA said he is "thrilled to represent Budjerah and proudly welcome him to the UTA family."
"He is undoubtedly a singular talent with a timeless voice and in close collaboration with Lemon Tree, we're excited to introduce his exceptional artistry to the Americas."
In 2023, Budjerah has had a remarkable year. He supported Ed Sheeran on tour, performed at the For The Love festival alongside Charli XCX and Cosmo's Midnight, and shared the stage with Kylie Minogue and Tina Arena at notable events.
His single "Therapy" gained over 6 million streams and became his most popular radio song. It is also one of the top-streamed releases in Australia by a local artist in 2023.
