Liam Alexander Hall, the suspect accused of throwing a homemade bomb into a crowd at Perth/Boorloo's January 26 Invasion Day rally, has had no plea recorded following a committal hearing on Wednesday morning.
His defence said disclosure remains outstanding in the case, meaning they are yet to receive some of the relevant evidence or material as part of the court process.
Hall is facing charges of committing a terrorist act, unlawful act or omission with intent to harm and making or possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances.
