No Limit Boxing, an Indigenous-owned boxing promotion, has unveiled plans for its first show of 2025, set to take place in Meanjin/Brisbane on 1 March.
The announcement was made this morning at Eastside Boxing Gym in West End, marking the organisation's first event in the city in over two years.
Liam Wilson (14-3) and Youssef Dib (21-2) will headline the event at Southbank Piazza in a highly anticipated rematch.
The pair last fought in Wollongong in July 2024, where Wilson secured a dramatic eighth-round knockout victory.
The rematch is expected to be one of the highlights of the year for Australian boxing fans.
No Limit Boxing CEO George Rose expressed his excitement about the event and the year ahead.
"We've got all of the rising Queensland talent on this card," he said.
"We've got great amateur talent making their debut...it's going to be a great night.
The undercard will showcase a stacked line-up of Queensland and Australian talent, including Kirra Rushton, Jack Bowen, Floyd Masson, Paris 2024 Olympian Shannon Davey, and Cooper O'Connell.
The event will also feature several debuting amateur fighters, highlighting No Limit's commitment to developing local talent.
"This is just the first of many great announcements that we've got coming up," Mr Rose said.
"No Limit Boxing is back for 2025."
The event will be broadcast on No Limit on Fox.
Tickets are now available through Ticketek and the No Limit website.
