Coastal residents and visitors to Perth's northern beaches will be the latest beneficiaries of First Nation's-owned Spinifex Brewing Co's exciting expansion.

The brewery has partnered with the popular North Beach Deli overlooking the Indian Ocean, with the venue set for a makeover inside and out.

Patrons can also sample Spinifex's signature premium beers and drinks fused with native Indigenous ingredients when the venue takes new shape, the first of many changes Spinifex CEO Adam Barnard said was planned for the beachside venue this year.

"We will be commencing renovations in August to our kitchen, followed by the installation of a full cocktail station and a greatly expanded wine and cocktail offering, ready for the 2023 summer season," he said on Thursday.

"We are working hard to provide North Beach with a revitalised restaurant with magnificent alfresco dining, creating a new beachside vibe with a touch of class."

Native Indigenous botanicals will also feature on the menu, which will still offer staple breakfast and dining favourites.

Spinifex has gone from strength to strength since it began brewing in 2019, last month brewing its first batch of beer destined for the export market from its new Nambeelup production facility at WA's $20m Food Innovation Precinct.

Co-founder and Yamatji/Noongar man Mick Little announced in May the company had partnered with Murdoch University on a climate change program focused on turning waste into profit.

The brewer also champions Indigenous bush foods industry through a comprehensive supply chain network of local First Nations farmers and producers.

Mr Little said the original plan for Spinifex was to develop a range of beers using Australian native botanicals and bush ingredients supplied by First Nations agri-businesses.

"We saw an opportunity to expand Indigenous Australian participation in the bush foods industry, which is currently only less than one per cent," he said.

He hoped Spinifex's success in this space would open bigger opportunities within its First Nations supply chain to develop value-add products they can also export.

Spinifex's beer range includes the Lemon Myrtle, Ginger Beer, Gubinge Ginger Beer and recent limited release Australian Stout, infused with native roasted wattle seeds and available on tap at the rebranded North Beach venue, the brewery's second locale along with Broome pop-up Zookeepers on Cable Beach, where it is currently constructing a full-scale brewhouse.
