Fresh after supporting Ed Sheeran on his massive Australian stadium tour last month, pop artist Budjerah has shared the live version of his song "Therapy".
The proud Coodjingburra man released the live version that was recorded at Adelaide Oval.
Alongside the live recording is an accompanying video that includes live and behind-the-scenes footage captured from the tour, featuring backstage moments with Ed Sheeran himself.
"The Ed Sheeran Tour was a whirlwind! Time flew, but the memories remain. I'm forever grateful. I've got some exciting other versions of 'Therapy' coming your way soon" said Budjerah.
Having originally been released in February, 'Therapy' recently clocked in over 1.5 million streams on Spotify and has become Budjerah's most added song on radio to-date.
The song was co-written by Grammy Award nominated, Melbourne woman Sarah Aarons who has written songs alongside artist Zedd, Demi lovato and John Legend.
Canadian producer and songwriter Stint who has written songs alongside artists Joji, Kesha and Panic! At The Disco, also collaborated with Ms Aarons in writing Therapy.
The track is an ode to the importance of therapy and open communication in relationships.
With a guitar led production and a punchy pop-soul delivery, Budjerah finds a new bold confidence that still pays homage to his gospel roots.
Budjerah has been making a name for himself in the past three years, building a reputation that has caught the attention of not only Ed Sheeran but Vogue Australia and GQ.
"The budding Australian superstar you need to know" said Vogue Australia.
"The kind of talent that can turn 100,00 heads in an instant" said GQ.
On top of the Ed Sheeran tour, Budjerah has also been on the 'For the Love' festival run alongside Charli XCX and Cosmo's Midnight.
Most recently Budjerah performed with Kylie Minogue at the Quantas Gala, and Tina Arena at the Rolling Stone Australia Award.
He will next perform at the Sydney Opera House for Vivid on Wednesday 31 May.
