Troy Cassar-Daley to perform at Woodstock Farm Presents: Legends of Country music festival

The Youth Enterprise Trust announced this week an exciting new addition to the Australian country music calendar - Woodstock Farm Presents: Legends of Country. Set in the serene surrounds of Woodstock Farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland, the new festival will take place on May 31st.

The festival will bring some of the biggest names in country music together, including popular First Nations musician Troy Cassar-Daley.

"It's really great to have a new festival so close to home and Tamborine is such a pretty part of south east Queensland. I'm thrilled to be a part of this great line up and can't wait to play," Cassar-Daley told Style Up.

Other performers at Legends of Country include Lee Kernaghan, Casey Barnes and Sara Storer.

The Youth Enterprise Trust (YET) is a Queensland-based charity with the mission to improve the lives of young people through engagement with the environment, education, and entrepreneurship.

To help facilitate this goal, the charity purchased Woodstock, the 121-hectare, beautifully unique farm, in 1992.

Profits from Woodstock Farm: Legends of Country will go towards the charity's important work.

The venue's natural beauty and rustic charm will provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable day out, bringing together great music, great food and a memorable opportunity to see many of Australia's country legends in one place.

YET spokesperson, Don McDonald shared his excitement surrounding the new festival and the talented artists joining the lineup.

"We are thrilled to present this extraordinary event that will bring together country music legends and a passionate community of fans. Woodstock Farm is the perfect venue to showcase the beauty of the Gold Coast hinterland, and we can't wait to share this unforgettable day with music lovers of all ages," he said.
