Winners for the 2025 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker and Practitioner Excellence Awards were announced at a ceremony in Darwin on Saturday.
The awards recognise the contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers and practitioners across the Northern Territory since 2006.
They also highlight the next generation of workers through the inclusion of students enrolled in an AQF-accredited course within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Training Package.
Samara Hanley, Executive Director Aboriginal Health, Engagement and Workforce, said the recipients and finalists demonstrated strong leadership.
She said their efforts were influencing future workforce development.
"Our recipients and finalists are remarkable examples of excellence in Aboriginal Health," Ms Hanley said.
"Their deep commitment to community, culture and innovation is driving real change.
"It is inspiring to see such passionate emerging leaders shaping the future of our health workforce across the Northern Territory."

NT Minister for Health Steve Edgington said the awards reflected the role of Aboriginal health workers and practitioners in delivering culturally safe services.
"Congratulations to all the award winners, those highly commended and finalists," he said.
"Aboriginal health workers and practitioners are often the first trusted point of care for Aboriginal Territorians seeking health services, bridging culture and the western health system.
"Their dedication is helping shape a health system that better understands and serves Aboriginal communities right across the NT."
