Salary: $125,191 - $135,504 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director, Indigenous Employment and Development, you will lead and deliver key initiatives under the University’s Indigenous Employment Framework and Murmuk Djerring Indigenous Strategy. Working closely with HR, faculties and senior leaders, you will help strengthen culturally safe employment practices and drive positive outcomes for Indigenous staff.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Indigenous employment initiatives across the University.

Design and deliver programs that support recruitment, retention and career development.

Build capability across HR and leadership teams to embed culturally safe and inclusive practices.

Develop new employment pathways, mentoring opportunities and workforce initiatives.

Manage stakeholder relationships, program performance and reporting.
About You

Experience leading complex workforce, employment, HR or organisational development programs.

Strong understanding of factors impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and career progression.

Proven ability to deliver programs and achieve measurable outcomes.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces.
