The Northern Territory Police Force is seeking public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Palmerston.

Annabel, 16, was reported missing by family after last being seen in the suburb of Moulden on Monday, 24 August.

Her whereabouts are currently unknown, with concerns for her welfare held by both family and police.

NT Police said Annabel is described as being of Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 165cm tall, with a bob hair cut, and a nose piercing.

Members of the public with information about Annabel's whereabouts are urged to contact police on 131 444 and quote reference NTP2600082288.
