Reigning Dally M Medallist Nicho Hynes and a host of rugby league world cup winners will lead the NRL's Indigenous All Stars outfits to Aotearoa for their upcoming contests with the Maori All Stars.

Squads were announced Wednesday for both sides touch football, women's and men's lists headed to Rotorua International Stadium for the triple-header on February 11.

Among the established rugby league stars named, the squads include state competition and up-and-coming players looking to make their mark.

Debut men's Indigenous All Stars' coach Ronald Griffiths will travel with Kangaroos' representatives Latrell Mitchell, Josh Addo-Carr, Jack Wighton and 2022's NRL top-gong winner Hynes at his disposal.

Recent Jillaroos' world champions Shaylee Bent, Jaime Chapman, Taliah Fuimaono, Tallisha Harden, Caitlan Johnston and Keilee Joseph carry on with their representative football in the NRLW off-season and will be on plane with the Indigenous All Stars' camp.

For more than a decade the annual All Stars matches have bounced around stadiums across Australia.

In 2023, the fixture travels across the Tasman for the first time to celebrate the 50 years since the inaugural Indigenous rugby league side toured Aotearoa in 1973.
