Geelong have delisted 2022 premiership player Brandan Parfitt among a host of players moved on as announced by the club days after their preliminary final loss to Brisbane.
Parfitt, 26, played 130 senior games in the hoops since arriving at Kardinia Park with pick 26 in the 2016 national draft.
The Territory product featured nine times for the Cats in 2024, averaging 17 disposals and five clearances largely playing in the midfield.
On Tuesday, the club announced Parfitt, alongside veteran homegrown talent Gary Rohan, Phoenix Foster, Oscar Murdoch, James Willis, Mitch Hardie and Emerson Jeka would not be offered contracts for next year.
Premiership Cats Tom Hawkins and Zach Tuohy's time with the club also drew to a close in Saturday night's loss to the Lions.
"This time of year is always difficult and to farewell seven great teammates is never easy," former teammate and current footy general manager Andrew Mackie said.
"Both members of our 2022 Premiership team, Brandan and Gary have had a profound on-field impact in the Hoops, but it can't be overstated the influence they both have had on their teammates and the Club more broadly. They have both been incredible for our football program and the wider Geelong community."
Parfitt earned steadier game time across the opening six seasons of his career, averaging 18 games a year between 2017 and 2022 - with a career high of 23 in 2021.
He collected 20-plus disposals in eight of his 11 VFL games in 2024, including a 36 touch effort against Collingwood in round 16.
Parfitt claimed a premiership medal - and a goal - coming on as a sub in the 2022 decider against Sydney.
