NSW Police are seeking public assistance to locate an Indigenous teenage girl missing from the state's Central Coast.
Summer Vernon, aged 17, was last seen in Ourimbah at about 3am on Saturday 22 August.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Both police and family hold concerns for Summer's welfare.
NSW Police said Summer is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 160cm tall, of a thin build, light brown complexion, with brown hair, and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing grey pants and a black coat.
Summer is known to frequent the Sydney CBD and Inner West areas.
Members of the public with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Tuggerah Lakes police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers website.
