Emma Manix-Geeves has extended with the Tasmanian Tigers after re-signing for the 2025-26 season.
After debuting for Tasmania in the 2019-20 Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) season, the 24-year-old's one year deal will see the wicketkeeper-batter add to her 55 appearances for the Tigers across six seasons.
Manix-Geeves' signing comes on the back of the 2024-25 season which saw her score 227 runs at 22.70 while effecting 13 dismissals behind the stumps
Following her signing, Tigers' coach Jude Coleman said she is eager to seeing what Manix-Geeves has in store this summer.
"EMG can play several different roles for us, and has done so over the past few seasons, always doing what she can to win games for our state," Coleman said.
"She works hard on improving her wicket-keeping, and her 360-degree scoring has been a great addition to her game.

Hailing from Launceston's Riverside Cricket Club, Manix-Geeves was a major contributor to the Tigers' WNCL three-peat in 2021-22, 22-23, and 23-24, highlighted by her century in the '21-'22 WNCL final.
She has risen through the ranks after excelling in the Cricket Tasmania Premier League for the Greater Northern Raiders, her outstanding premier league form earning her selection in the CTPL Women's Team of the Year in 2023-24 and as Kim Fazackerly medallist - her third - following the 2024-25 season.
During her time as the Tigers' number one 'keeper the Palawa woman has scored 1118 runs at an average of 28.66, while collecting 51 dismissals behind the stumps.
Manix-Geeves' signing came alongside that of fellow Cricket North product Ava Curtis, with Queensland allrounder Courtney Sippel and Victorian bowler Sara Kennedy also announced as Tigers recruits.
The Tigers said the signing of Manix-Geeves and Curtis "provide a local angle to the Tasmanian Tigers Female Program re-signing period" with further re-signings to be announced in the coming weeks.
