Fears held for safety of young man missing from Pilbara Aboriginal community

Police have renewed their calls for members of the public to come forward if they can help find a young Indigenous man who has been missing for almost two months.

Wesley Lockyer, 29, was last seen leaving the Jinparinya Aboriginal community in Pippingarra around 12pm on October 21.

Police are concerned for his welfare and have pleaded with the public to come forward with any information.

Mr Lockyer is described as 182cm tall, of solid build, clean shaven with black hair in a mullet style.

South Hedland Police urge anyone who sights Mr Lockyer or has information relating to his whereabouts to contact police immediately on 131 444.
