New Zealand has posted their second consecutive 400-plus run score to dominate Samoa, winning by 339 runs. In other matches, Papua New Guinea were too strong for rivals Indonesia and Japan easily accounted for Fiji in the ICC Under-19 World Cup East Asia Pacific qualifier.

Wicketkeeper-batter Alex Thompson peeled off the competition's first century in New Zealand's demolition of Samoa.
The opener struck 13 boundaries at Darwin's Marrara Cricket Ground on his way to an even 100 (91) in a 166-run opening wicket stand with Will Julian (75 from 52), to see New Zealand maintain a run rate above eight runs per over in the early stages of the innings.
After their dismissals, allrounder Josh Olliver (74 from 54) and Cameron Paul (68 from 45) picked up where Thompson and Julian left off, the pair putting on 124 for the third wicket.
Some late order striking from Snehith Reddy, who struck seven boundaries in his quick fire 50* (25) saw New Zealand post an imposing 8-454 from their 50 overs.
Samoan captain Darren Roache utilised nine bowlers in New Zealand's innings, with Punapunavale Su'a Sale, Polenisia Kaisara and Bondi Pita each picking up two wickets.
Samoa stumbled in response, losing early wickets to slump to 4-49 inside 10 overs, to eventually be bowled out for 115 in 23 overs.
Maene Kilita Tuilaepa was the Samoa's high scorer with a run-a-ball 16.
Seven New Zealand blowers picked up wickets, with leg spinner Rahman Hekmat (3-24) and left arm seamer Ewald Schreuder (2-25) leading the attack to see the Blackcaps remain undefeated in the competition.
Papua New Guinea (10-221) defeated Indonesia (10-148) by 73 runs.
After losing two wickets in the opening over of the match, Papua New Guinea recovered two post a competitive 10-221 on the back of a devastating display from Dauncey Tom.
The middle order batter smashed seven sixes and three boundaries, scoring 63 from just 28 balls.
He was well-supported by captain Tau Trevor Griffin, who contributed a patient 48 (81) with James Frank Momo scoring a run-a-ball 39.
Ieft armer Marianus Molo was the pick of the Indonesian attack, taking 3-16 from 4 overs with Andreas Alexander Hawoe taking two wickets.
Opener I Gede Teguh Pranatha Wiguna was the constant in the Indonesian reply, the opener occupying the crease for more than 40 in scoring 43 (108).
However the remainder of the top order failed, with four single-figure scores in the top five seeing Indonesia lip to 4-45 after 19 overs.
Allrounder Dewa Gede Andika Pradipta Diatmika Wiswin (27 from 37) added some respectability to Indonesia's score, however a lack of substantial contributions saw them bowled out for 148 in just 34 overs.
Ware Robin, Anthony Tamarua David, James Frank Momo and Suvenia Sean Tau each took two wickets for Papua New Guinea in the 73-run victory.
Japan (2-82) defeated Fiji (10-81) by 8 wickets
A five-wicket haul from Shotaro Hiratsuka saw Japan bowl out Fiji for a sub-par 81 at Marrara Cricket Ground.
The allrounder took 5-32 from 9 overs to see Fiji bowled out inside 31 overs.
Dawson Roko Tawake top scored for Fiji with 17 (20), with Jazray Samuel Browne (15 from 50) the only other Fijian batter to reach double figures.
Japan made light work of the chase, surpassing Fiji's score inside in just 14.5 overs.
Koji Hardgrave-Abe top scored with 28* (32), with contributions also coming from the bat of opener Aditya Phadke (16 from 25) and Shotaro Hiratsuka (10* from 32).
ICC Under-19 World Cup East Asia Pacific qualifier continues on Friday with Japan meeting Vanuatu, New Zealand facing Fiji and Indonesia up against Samoa.
