NSW Police have appealed for public assistance to locate an Indigenous boy missing from Sydney's west.
Jerekaj Carr, 13, was last seen at a shopping centre in Parramatta on Friday 11 September at approximately 6pm.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Both police and family hold concerns for Jerekaj's welfare due to his age.
Jerekaj is is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 150cm-155cm tall, of a medium build, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing grey track pants and a black jumper.
Jerekaj is known to frequent the Parramatta, Toongabbie and Kings Langley areas.
