Saints wing Bradley Hill headlines a host of milestones set to be reached by First Nations stars across the competition during NAIDOC Week.
Hill, 31, is due to become the 17th Indigenous player VFL/AFL history to hit 250 career games on Saturday night.
The three-time premiership Hawk and three club veteran leads former teammate Michael Walters (236), Steven May (231), Charlie Cameron (218) and Chad Wingard (218) on the list of current players to have notched 200.
Hill has shown little sign of slowing down in his 13th year, averaging 21 touches and six marks as a key cog to St Kilda's forward movement across 2024.
The West Perth WAFL product enjoyed a near perfect start to football, collecting his first flag in just his second year before adding two more premiership medals to in following seasons during Hawthorn's 2013-15 three-peat.
He later crossed back to his home state and joined brother Stephen at Fremantle for three seasons ahead of the 2017 season.
The pairing had made history as the first siblings to line up against one another for a grand final in more than a century when the Hawks and Dockers met in the 2013 grand final.
Hill played his 100th game for the Saints in their upset win over Sydney last weekend and is set to hit his second milestone in as many weeks when they face the Crows in Adelaide on Saturday night.
St Kilda will be without mid Marcus Windhager, who is facing a month on the sidelines with a strained hamstring.
The 21-year-old was subbed out during the third quarter of the win against the Swans, before scans confirmed the setback earlier this week.
At the Dees, Kysaiah Pickett is set to reach triple figures against the Essendon on Saturday.
The 23-year-old similarly lifted a premiership cup in just his second campaign, which coincided with his first of three consecutive 22Under22 selections as one of the game's most exciting players.
"Buddy Franklin, Cyril Rioli, Gary Ablett Jnr...they bring people to the game to go and watch them specifically, and he (Pickett) is one of those players because of the skill set that he's got," Melbourne coach Simon Goodwin said ahead of Pickett's milestone match.
"We've been fortunate to have him for 100 games of footy so far in his career.
"He's just excelled and grown and continues to get better."
Despite a longer run-up to the feat, West Coast flyer Liam Ryan will also make it 100 games when he runs out for NAIDOC Week celebrations as the Eagles host Brisbane to close out the round.
Speaking on the club's Coast to Coast podcast this week, Ryan said one game would have been enough to make a childhood dream come true.
"It's been a while, but to play with the boys this week, and NAIDOC Week the same week, (it's) pretty big," Ryan said.
Ryan went one better than Hill and Pickett in the premiership department, playing a crucial role in West Coast's match-winning passage of play with an iconic mark before finding eventual game-winner Dom Sheed in the front fifty at the death of his debut year and 2018 grand final.
Teammate Tim Kelly said a look back at Ryan's career highlight reel is a collection of "all the things you love seeing about footy".
"That's what he brings to the table. We love him for the marks he can take, the candy he can sell, the goals he can kick. His highlight reel is going to be unreal," he said of Ryan.
Ryan claimed the 2019 mark of the year with a list of other efforts going unlucky to make it multiple wins.
Enjoy Liam Ryan's mark of the year all over again!

In an otherwise testing afternoon for the Eagles, Ryan shared a laugh with his nephew in Pickett after the Dees forward missed a set shot following a huge grab in their big win over West Coast at the weekend.
