NAB has announced it is providing $1,000 disaster relief grants and additional financial relief to eligible customers impacted by the Victorian storms and floods, in a number of local government areas.
Residents in Alpine, Bass Coast, Benalla, Buloke, Campaspe, Central Goldfields, Golden Plains, Greater Shepparton, Hepburn, Indigo, Latrobe, Mansfield, Mitchell, Mount Alexander, Nillumbik, Northern Grampians, Pyrenees, South Gippsland, Strathbogie, Towong, Wangaratta, and Wellington local government areas could be eligible for support.
Disaster Relief Grants of $1000 are available for eligible customers living in government declared impacted areas.
Customers who can apply independently, should apply for a Disaster Relief Grant by completing the online form available on www.nab.com.au/disasterrelief.
Customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Customers have suffered significant damage to their home or business (including major damage to the interior and/or structural damage) making the home unsafe to reside in or the business unsafe to operate.
• The home must be the customer's primary residence (does not include investment properties or holiday homes), the home can be owned or rented by the customer.
• Must be a current and active NAB customer with regular account activity.
• One grant can be paid per household or business.
