Latrell Mitchell is staring at a lengthy period on the sidelines for dangerous contact after elbowing Warriors half Shaun Johnson in the Bunnies' disappointing loss on Saturday.
Mitchell was placed on report twice before half time, the second for an awkward lifting tackle on Tohu Harris.
The Warriors ran out 34-4 winners in Homebush.
The Souths star escaped charge from the NRL judiciary for the Harris event, but was slapped with a minimum three-match period on sidelines for the elbow on Johnson on Sunday.
Mitchell could sit out for an extra week if it's taken to the Judiciary and he is found guilty this week.
"Latrell's lucky."

Mitchell caught Johnson high trying to fend him off as the second tackler while standing stationary with the ball in the 22nd minute.
Rabbitohs coach Jason Demetriou labelled both incidents "stupid" in his post-match press conference while digesting his side's fourth loss pinning them to the bottom of the ladder.
"They're both just stupid things...just got to be better. Simple as that," Demetriou said.
"As a group we'll be honest, as we do every week, and look at the things we need to be better at.
"But there's several those moments that too many blokes are coming up with."
Demetriou said the club needed to address how they go "controlling the emotion side" of play as their season starts off poorly.
Souths captain Cameron Murray conceded there is some thinking from Mitchell to be done.
"He's got some good self reflection and he knows he knows he knows what he needs to change before anyone tells him," Murray said.
"But passing-by conversations won't hurt…but (there is) something to think about over the weekend, I think."
