• Part-time 30.4 hours per week
• Contract to 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension, dependent on funding
• Salary range from $82,017 to $90,088 pro rata (depending on experience) + superannuation contribution + eligibility for salary packaging
The Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA) is the peak organisation for non government alcohol and other drugs services in NSW. We advocate for, strengthen and support the sector. As a member driven peak body, NADA’s decisions and actions are informed by the experiences, knowledge and concerns of its membership.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects and bringing people together to achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the sector, support workforce and capacity-building initiatives, and contribute to projects that align with NADA's strategic priorities. Whilst NADA represents 90 member services in over 100 locations across NSW, 20 of those services are Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACC)s), making up 21% of our membership. We work in partnership with ACCOs, communities and workers across NSW and value the leadership, expertise and knowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples bring to the alcohol and other drugs sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across projects, including record keeping, data management, budget tracking, and project communications within agreed timeframes
• Develop and deliver clear, timely communications to members, funders and stakeholders across a range of platforms
• Support the delivery and ongoing engagement of NADA networks
• Work closely with members to identify emerging sector issues and contribute to the planning of relevant speakers, training and development opportunities
