Richmond utility Rhyan Mansell has signed a two-year contract extension, which will see him tied to the club until at least the end of the 2026 season.
The Palawa man has played 41 games in yellow and black colours since debuting with the Tigers in Round 4 of the 2021 season.
Mansell was originally drafted to the club via the Supplemental Selection Period after being overlooked in consecutive National and Rookie Drafts.
Prior to being picked up by the Tigers, he won four consecutive senior premierships at State League level – three with Tasmania club North Launceston and one with SANFL club Woodville-West Torrens.
The Tasmanian said that he was thrilled to put pen to paper.
"I'm obviously very excited," Mansell told Richmond Media.
"I'm looking forward to being a part of the future of this club, I love it here and cannot wait for another two years."
Mansell began his career as a lockdown defender, before switching to the forward-line in recent seasons where his defensive pressure and selflessness has been a highlight.
He has averaged 10.7 disposals and three tackles per game in 2024, while booting six goals so far this season.
The 23-year-old provides plenty of defensive pressure for the Tigers and also leads the club in goal assists.
Mansell said that he is hoping to secure a spot in the team's best-22 as the club looks to rebuild their list.

"I am really enjoying it up forward so hopefully I can cement a spot and play a lot of footy in the next couple of years," he said.
"It's taken a little while, I obviously started as a back and then come up as a forward."
Mansell – who is now in his fourth year at the club – is hoping to develop into a leader of the younger players.
"I want to be a leader within the one-to-four and one-to-five-year players (and) hopefully lead by example (with my training standards).
"I am very excited, we've obviously seen the likes of Seth Campbell and Tyler Sonsie – they have come into the team very well, playing their role and making us a better team.
"So hopefully we can get a few more of them in the next couple of years."
Mansell added that his favourite thing about his four years at the Tigers has been the friendships that he has formed and the tight-knit vibe around the club.
The Tigers' General Manager of Football Talent Blair Hartley said that Mansell was well-deserving of a contract extension.
"Rhyan has worked hard across the past four years to continually improve his game and establish himself in the team," Hartley said.
"His teammates love playing with him, and he puts in a lot of time behind the scenes. We look forward to him continuing this across the next couple of years."
Mansell missed the Dreamtime at the G clash against Essendon due to concussion protocols but is likely to return for his team's match against Geelong this weekend.
