The Support Facilitator, Quality Support Program will focus on developing and delivering tailored professional learning and support to children’s education and care services.

The Support Facilitator, Quality Support Program will focus on developing and delivering tailored professional learning and support to children’s education and care services. Professional learning and support will be designed and delivered to support the building of each service’s capability to meet or exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Children’s Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations. The Support Facilitator, Quality Support Program will also build and maintain culturally safe, collaborative, effective and genuine relationships with identified services and other relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in and commitment and to achieve program outcomes.
This role is full-time and fixed term to 30 June 2027 at ACECQA Band 5 ($106,584 - $126,066).

1. Can you elaborate on your experience in providing professional development and support to education and care servicesincluding interactive, engaging, and relevant professional learning materials for webinars, communities of practice, workshops, and resources?
2. Can you share your experience in leading education and care services, particularly in relation to the National Quality Framework (NQF)?
3. Describe a time when you coached and/or mentored someone to achieve their goals and outcomes, particularly in relation to enhancing child safety practices and positive outcomes for children.
