The Quality Uplift Program is a partnership between ACECQA and the Government of South Australia, Office of Early Childhood Development (OECD). The Quality Support Facilitator, Quality Uplift Program provides tailored professional learning and support to South Australian education and care services.
This role is part-time and fixed term (until July 2028) at ACECQA Band 5 ($96,766-$117,912).

• Attach a CV of no more than 5 pages which demonstrates your ability to meet the criteria contained in the position description.
• Provide the details of at least two (2) managers (within the last five years) of employment for referee checks.
• Attach a written response to the targeted questions below of no more than 2 pages.
Targeted Questions
1. Please describe a time when you led or supported a team through a change or quality improvement initiative. In your response, outline your role, how you identified the need for improvement, the actions you took, and the outcomes achieved.
2. You are required to develop and deliver a 30-minute presentation on critical reflection. Using bullet points, outline the key steps you would take to design this session, drawing on your own experience where possible. Include 3–5 core concepts you would cover, and briefly explain why you selected them and how you would ensure the session is engaging for your audience.
