About the Role
You'll lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects that support essential water, sewerage, recycled water and renewable energy services across our region. From early planning and procurement through to delivery and close-out, you'll have the opportunity to shape outcomes, solve complex challenges and see projects come to life. Working closely with project engineers, supervisors, delivery teams, contractors and clients, you'll guide projects from concept to completion, balancing safety, quality, budget and timeframes while building strong relationships along the way.
As a trusted leader within the team, you'll support project delivery staff, contribute to continuous improvement and help identify opportunities that support the ongoing growth of Barwon Asset Solutions. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll work alongside a highly experienced team delivering projects that make a tangible difference to the communities we serve.
About You
You bring a strong electrical background, holding an Electrical Grade A Licence, and have practical experience delivering and coordinating projects in operational or construction environments. You’re someone who can apply sound judgement, solve problems effectively and keep work moving when priorities change. You'll be confident using the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage project information, reporting, schedules and stakeholder communications. A White Card is required, or a willingness to obtain one.
With strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll work effectively with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, creating clarity and maintaining momentum across multiple priorities. You lead with safety, accountability and inclusion, and remain focused on delivering quality outcomes. Knowledge of the water industry, utilities or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous, but most importantly you'll bring practical electrical expertise, a collaborative approach and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic operational environment.
