No charges on Australia Day Embassy protest

No charges will be laid over a disturbance on Australia Day involving Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
Ms Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott were rushed from a Canberra restaurant by police when angry protesters, many of whom had been attending 40th anniversary celebrations at the nearby Aboriginal Tent Embassy, surrounded the building.
